Awesome experience, great couple, real hard working team. They came in and gave us an estimate that was reasonable and they managed a full install up our upstairs, downstairs, and stairs.The quality was great and it held up phenomenally with our 60 lb full energy dog racing around. I went with Justin and Kelly after a friend's suggestion and I couldn't be happier! To begin with, I had an issue with an uneven slab. They came out, mitigated the issue and leveled some low spots prior to laying new laminate flooring. With their experience, they made it look easy! Thanks to them, my new floors look amazing! Kelly and Justin have been amazing through our flooring renovation. We started with carpeted unsafe stairs, never ending glued engineered dated hardwood and carpet that just needed to go. I highly recommend Puzzle Piece Flooring. They completed a massive project of ripping up all of our tile and carpet and installing new floors on our entire downstairs level, as well as our curved staircase. We received quotes from a few companies before making a final decision, and in addition to their reasonable prices and timely communication, one of the main reasons we chose PPF is because we felt so comfortable having Justin and Kelly in our home for over a week - they are wonderful! They did not nickel and dime us on every aspect like many of the Big Box Retailers tried to do; they gave us an honest and fair quote upfront and never deviated from that price. Unlike Lowe's who wanted to charge us $35 just to provide an estimate, $50 per room to move any furniture, and expected us to block off rooms ourselves, PPF moved all of our furniture as part of the deal, blocked off surrounding areas to minimize dust and mess, cleaned the work area each day before they left, and helped us put padding on all of our furniture before placing it back in the finished rooms. Most importantly, the floors and their workmanship is BEAUTIFUL; they completely transformed our home! We are so happy with our results and would use them again in a heartbeat :)
